Caliterra Petreo Malbec Colchagua Valley 2020 750ml (HK$250)
Complex and austere on the nose, it is mineral with notes of flint and graphite on first approach.
Slowly opening up to a fruity profile this vintage, with notes of violet blossom and violet and acacia blossom
along with raspberry and redcurrant, giving way, finally, to notes of damp earth and fresh aniseed.
The palate is vibrant and mineral, with a very special energy and a liveliness to match. It is a very
juicy wine, fruity and floral, with a medium and deep structure, and a unique texture of tannins that
make this wine a very unique wine, full of personality and sense of origin.
Jermann Chardonnay Venezia Giulia 2022 750ml (HK$330)
Brilliant straw yellow in color, with greenish reflections; intense,
fruity bouquet (in youth, reminiscent of bananas and ripe apples), slightly aromatic;
excellent persistence.Beautifully enhances the variety’s natural aromas.
