Images of any goods and Services posted are only for reference. All prices are in Hong Kong Dollar (HKD).
Wines are in standard size (750ml) Unless otherwise stated. All promotions / offers are in limited quantity and first-come first-served.
ENOTECA Co., Ltd Hong Kong Branch reserves the right to adjust Terms & Conditions related to promotions / discount without prior notice.
Goods are offered on cash terms. Hong Kong Dollar (HKD) is the only recognized currency accepted for payment. Credit cards including Visa, Master, JCB, Union Pay are accepted. All cheques should be made payable to ENOTECA Co., Ltd.
Storage of Wine
All purchased item(s) shall be collected within 30 days (starting from the date of invoice). Otherwise, ENOTECA CO., LTD shall reserve the right to transfer such goods to warehouse for storage and the storage fee HK$1.00 per bottle per day.
ENOTECA CO., LTD shall not be responsible for any claims regarding the quantity or quality of any uncollected goods.
If the purchased item(s) have not been collected and the storage fee has not been paid for 1 year from notification by ENOTECA CO., LTD, we reserve the right to deal with or otherwise dispose of such goods at its absolute discretion, without any further notice to the customer.
Exchange / Return
Any of below situations does not allow any exchange / return of goods:
• Wine priced HK$800 or more (per bottle)
• Wine aged 10 years or more
• Wine cellars* / glassware / wine accessories
*Please refer to exchange / warranty provided by supplier
Satisfactory acceptance of goods will be deemed upon payment collected. It is customers’ responsibility to check the condition of any goods received. Within 7 days starting from sales transaction, customers shall contact shops to claim the damaged / faulty goods, by presenting an original sales receipt. Goods sold are not refundable. The damaged / faulty goods will be replaced with well-conditioned one. If identical goods are not available for exchange, customers can choose another item by paying the price difference (if any).
Satisfactory acceptance of goods will be deemed upon delivery received. It is customers’ responsibility to check the condition of any goods received. Customers can reject delivery and call shops requesting redelivery if any missing/damaged goods found. Within 7 days starting from delivery, customers shall contact to claim the damaged / faulty goods, by presenting an original sales receipt. Goods sold are not refundable. The damaged / faulty goods will be replaced with well-conditioned one. If identical goods are not available for exchange, customers can choose another item by paying the price difference (if any).
Personal information will be collected during membership registration. Data will be used to facilitate analysis, operation and promotion communication.
During membership registration, applicants can choose to opt-out E-Newsletter. If there is no preference stated, all newly-registered members will receive E-Newsletter.
E-Newsletter contains information of gift redemption alert, event invitation, discount and other promotional news. Each E-Newsletter contains unsubscription button.
