A blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot & 10% Sangiovese, aged in 2nd or 3rd-fill barrels for at least 12 months and another 6 months in bottle.
On the nose, it reveals fresh aromas of black cherries, violets, blueberries, peonies, mineral hints and nuances of maquis shrubland.
The taste is fresh, sapid, light, pleasantly fruity, subtly sapid, with gentle, well-tailored tannins.
